The Tigers are a club ready to bare their claws in 2023.

The young brigade of players which formed the nucleus of a strong junior team in recent years has had a year of senior football under their belt and are now ready to propel the men’s team further up the ladder.

Ably led by Lee Anderson on the sidelines, Grafton is definitely a team that the rest of the AFL North Coast will need to keep an eye on. Especially with both Hendrik Hoogendoorn and Tim Whalan once again committing to travel down from Lismore each week to play for the Tigers.

The women’s team may not have had much success on the scoreboard recently but the girls who have only just took their first steps in footy last year improved at a rapid rate to show that some victories in 2023 are definitely on the cards.
