Key North Coast coaching positions to be filled

AFL North Coast is looking to appoint suitably skilled and credentialed people to the roles of Coach Educator and Representative Co-ordinator.

These are key roles that will lead the League’s focus on raising the standard of coaching across the region and growing the stature of the representative program.

The Coach Educator is responsible for conducting workshops, providing feedback to individuals, providing resource material to coaches, and for fostering a culture of collaboration amongst coaches. The focus of this role is on supporting coaches to improve their coaching ability as this will drive the retention and development of players.

The Representative Co-ordinator is responsible for leading the development of the North Coast Force program. This includes the appointment of coaches, co-ordination of dates, selection processes, co-ordination of playing style between teams, co-ordination of sports science support, and match day planning.

Both positions are voluntary roles, with a nominal honorarium to be paid.
