SAWTELL/Toormina and Port Macquarie faced each other in the Under 18s and Reserves Grand Finals with both clubs walking away from the C.ex Coffs International Stadium with one win apiece.

Port Macquarie was a hot favourite to continue its unbeaten run in the Under 18s and the Magpies played accordingly winning the Grand Final by 74 points.

It was a lot harder to predict the winner of the Reserves match with Port Macquarie featuring a lot of young, hard running players but the Saints fielding a team with lots of Grand Final experience.

In the end it was experience that won out with Sawtell/Toormina winning the Reserves contest by 21 points. Considering the final score showed the Saints had 16 scoring shots to five, the margin could possibly have been greater.

Port Macquarie’s Under 18 team completed an unbeaten 2025 season with a convincing win in the Grand Final.
