AFL North Coast junior clubs will receive a funding boost ahead of the 2026 season to support their Youth Girls teams thanks to a generous grant from the Siddle Family Foundation.

The foundation grant will allow junior clubs to purchase up to three sets of new jerseys for their Youth Girls teams.

The funding will also be used to purchase new sets of North Coast Force girls jumpers.

And in 2026, each girl that is selected to play in one of the North Coast Force Under 13, 15 and 17 representative teams will have their program fee paid for by the SFF. Based on the 2025 fee, this will provide a saving to parents of $110 per player.

Other initiatives that the Siddle Family Foundation is supporting are already underway.

For the first 75 players who register for the Girls Only Auskick Program running in Coffs Harbour in September and October will have 50% of the fee subsidised by the Siddle Family Foundation. The Girls Only Auskick Program leads into participants taking part in Half Time matches during half time of the AFLW match between the Sydney Swans and Essendon to be played during the first weekend in November.

Parents of the Auskick Program will also receive one entry ticket to the AFLW match paid for by the SFF so they can attend the match with their child.

To further encourage increased registration numbers in 2026, the Foundation will also offer a $75 voucher to the first 20 girls who play in the Paul Kelly Cup that then register for her first year of football with a club.
