Start your career in sport with the AFL in Coffs

Are you keen to start a career in the sport industry having finished school this year? Then look no further as AFL NSW/ACT is offering a Young Leader traineeship in the Coffs Harbour office!

This role will gain experience in the two main parts of the AFL NSW/ACT business, working in sports administration within the competition management team, and program implementation and delivery working within the game development team.

The successful applicant will be employed by AFL SportsReady, but will work on-site with AFL NSW/ACT and receive an accredited Certificate III in Business qualification (on successful completion). The traineeships will commence in January 2023, working full-time (38 hours per week) for the duration of the school year whilst completing the qualification to compliment the on the job learning.
