Coaching Accreditation courses announced

Dates have been released for the Coaching Accreditation courses that will be run across New South Wales and the ACT in 2017, with courses scheduled for both Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour.

The two local courses have been set down for Sunday, 26 February in Port Macquarie and Sunday, 19 March in Coffs Harbour. Venues for both locations are yet to be confirmed.

Both courses will accommodate people wishing to undertake the Junior course (Under 8 to Under 12), Youth course (Under 13 to Under 18), and the Senior course (18 and above). Those wishing to do the Junior course will attend from 9:30am to 12:30pm, whilst the Youth/Senior courses will run from 9:30am to 4:30pm.

Under the AFL NSW/ACT Regulations and By-laws, anyone wishing to coach must hold a Level 1 accreditation by 1 July in the year of competition. This means that anyone who does not already hold a Level 1 accreditation will need to attend a course.
