Not even the wet weather stops the Force!

Faced with wet weather and ground closures, the North Coast Force selection trial moved to the new synthetic fields at Leisure Park, Coffs Harbour, ensuring that more than 20 players got the chance to show their wares.

Without having this option, the intrepid players would have missed out on being able to trial for the Force. Instead, in true North Coast Force style, these players showed their commitment, resilience, and adaptability as they were put through their paces in a two hour session that included drills focused on handballs, kicking, and game sense.

The next selection trial for the North Coast Force program will be held on Sunday 27 March at Richardson Park, Sawtell from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Players can still nominate for the program via this link, so don’t miss out on your opportunity to be considered for a place in the program.

The North Coast Force is partnered with the QBE Sydney Swans and is the first step in the pathway to National Championships, NAB League, and the National Draft. For more information on the program, including training and carnival dates, please click here.
