Coach and Captain – who will lead the Team of the Decade?

Every great team needs a coach and captain to provide the structure, direction, and leadership.

Who do you think should be coach of the Team of the Decade? We’re looking for astute tacticians who have the right words of inspiration to draw the best out of their players, and have the ability to mould a team of champions into a champion team.

When it comes to the captain we’re looking for a guy who leads from the front and can back up his words with actions. The sort of leader that others would follow onto the field of battle because they know he’ll be there in the clinches.
